I loved this format, so I borrowed it from another slicer.
I like summer, puzzles, beaches, books, NY Times crossword puzzles, hot stone massages, lazy Sunday mornings on the deck, great coffee, Gilmore Girls, laughing out loud, going to the movies, and the smell of newborn babies.
I don’t like drama, being cold, scary movies, bad writers, spicy food, uncomfortable shoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin spice anything, sports, and winter.
Such a simple prompt opens an invitation to commentors to ask questions, or, for the person reading to make connections. I thought right away of doing this with students, and having them share with each other.

This is a great format. I’ll have to add it to my collection. I agree about the pumpkin spice anything, uncomfortable shoes and winter!

Love this structure and learned so much about you, Sharon. I have lots of brain matches with your, especially being cold and spicy food. So nice to meet you!

I love this! I’ll have to try it too! I wonder, was it strategic that your “Things I like” list had more to it than your “Things I don’t like”??

It really wasn’t strategic. I was happily surprised to realize I don’t dislike that many things!

This is a great way to make connections. I love the Gilmore Girls, too. Your list makes me think of things that I didn’t think to add for my likes and dislikes post!

I did the same format today! Great minds and all… 🤔😂 I’m in the same anti-pumpkin spice camp as you are. No thank you.
